The Legendary Legion were an alliance of people from across Earth's history assembled by the Fourth Doctor to face the fleet of Alien Monsters and their attempted destruction of Earth. They were the "greatest band of warriors known to mankind".
Along with the Doctor, the Legion may have consisted of any or all of: Geronimo, Wyatt Earpe, Davy Crockett, Robin Hood, Thor, Sherlock Holmes, Boadicea, Samson, King Arthur, Alexander the Great, Spartacus, Annie Oakley, Colonel James Bowie, Chaka, Shiao Chi, Hercules, Lord Nelson, and a Parthian Warrior.
