Lengos Four had a festival, not unlike Christmas, in which gifts were exchanged.
The originally solitary Lengo species were inspired to enact the holiday after a young Maisie Thompson, a temporary human companion of the Eleventh Doctor, left one of them a Christmas present.
The Doctor later brought a now adult Maisie and her family back to Lengos Four to celebrate the holiday with them. (PROSE: The Gift)
