A Leximorph was a living name.
Leximorphs looked like silhouettes with a name written all over them. They could turn others into Leximorphs by touch. Monos turned people in 2012 London into Leximorphs to create a Necrotist work of art. The name on the Leximorphs he made was MONOS. Bill Stringer managed to cause Monos to kill himself. The Eleventh Doctor then had Amy and Rory dissolve the TARDIS translation circuits, giving everyone in the area dyslexia. This caused all the Leximorphs to turn back into people.
