Lia Halloran

Lia Halloran was the medical officer at a military base near Incherton-On-Sea. She attended to Dodo Chaplet's wounds and asked her about the emergency situation. She was drafted on short notice. She went with Dodo into the security lab and discovered that there was a spaceship stored in there. She was a spy for the Soviet Union but didn't believe that Sanderson was alien.
