Life's Champion was a title applied to the Eighth Doctor on multiple occasions.

Joanna Harris greeted the Eighth Doctor with the title. (PROSE: Vampire Science) When repelling a Ice Warrior invasion, the Doctor included "Champion of Time and Life" among his titles. (PROSE: The Dying Days)

Ohila later referred to the Eighth Doctor as Life's Champion posthumously following his regeneration into the War Doctor (AUDIO: Light the Flame ^[+]Loading...["Light the Flame (audio story)"])

The Thirteenth Doctor, however, was a champion for life more generally; after Tecteun released the Flux to destroy the universe in order to rid the multiverse of the Doctor's influence, Azure questioned the Doctor's commitment to life, which she explained as seeing how "life must win" to justify existing in the first place.
