A list of the dead was complied to list the people who had died during the Battle of Canary Wharf in 2007. Among the names on the list was Rose Tyler, who had infact survived the battle by transporting from N-Space to Pete's World. In a temporary communication with Pete's World, the Tenth Doctor revealed this fact to her, noting that she was officially dead in her native universe. (TV: Doomsday)
Jack Harkness had seen Rose's name on the list of the dead; it was only after reuniting with the Doctor that he learnt that she was living in the parallel universe with Jackie Tyler and Mickey Smith. (TV: Utopia)
