Lolita's first child was a monstrous infant who she hoped would be the first of her new bloodline on the Homeworld, "House Lolita".

The "Lady of the Last Night" had a sleeping baby in her arms when she met Richard Francis Burton. When he displeased her, she threatened "to feed him to her baby". (PROSE: Head of State)

The baby was with Lolita when she visited the Eleven-Day Empire to destroy the Empire and Faction Paradox. (AUDIO: The Eleven Day Empire) As "President Lola Denison", Lolita kept her child with her in the guise of a seemingly human baby daughter; she caused a minor scandal by breastfeeding the child in public. Behind the scenes

• In 2020, Faction Paradox writer Nate Bumber speculated that Lolita's baby may have been the same individual as the "Nightmare Child" mentioned by the Tenth Doctor in The Stolen Earth and The End of Time as one of the unutterable horrors of the Last Great Time War. One of the few details given about the Nightmare Child on television was its ability to swallow a whole mothership in its jaws, mirroring its prospective mother's swallowing of the Eleven-Day Empire. However, The Third Wise Man seemingly conflicted with this notion by purporting that the Child had been created by Davros.
