Lonsis was a jungle planet with a purple sky.
Its star system was next to the system containing Shinnus. It was colonised by the Cybermen as their new homeworld after Mondas was destroyed. They chose the planet for its strategic unimportance and lack of sentient lifeforms. Hulbert Logistics were hired by the Shinx to attack the Cybermen before they could form an attack force.
