The Los Angeles Midnight Mission was a homeless shelter located in Los Angeles in the late 20th century. It was run by volunteers, including Donna and Carl.
One Christmas Eve, the Second Doctor brought Jamie McCrimmon and Zoe Heriot to the mission to work as volunteers. During this time the Doctor prevented a homeless man named Charlie from robbing the mission. (PROSE: Goodwill Toward Men)
