Lotto II
The second incarnation of Lotto was born from the fatal injury of her predecessor whilst escaping The Happiness Facility. She was a young woman with curly ginger hair, pale, covered in freckles and with green eyes, she wore black rimmed glasses and a 'Davy Crockett-esque' hat shortly after her metamorphosis.

After waking up following her metamorphosis from her predecessor. Lotto II procured a new set of clothes and ended up in a dumpster where she was found by Patch who had been following a blood trail she believed to belong to Lotto I. Patch did not recognize Lotto II though Lotto recognized her. After Patch left, she internally declared her intention to solve the conspiracy and save her friends believing herself to have been 'born for this'.
