Lou Lombardo

Lou Lombardo was a dealer in black-market temporal technology, although his legitimate business — or front — in Yendip was as the proprietor of Lou Lombardo's Pan-Traditional Pie Emporium. The Eighth Doctor once bought a Randomiser from Lou to prevent the Time Lords from being able to track his TARDIS Compassion.
The Doctor told him about Compassion - something which annoyed the sentient TARDIS since the Doctor was meant to be keeping her travels secret. Compassion drew Lou inside herself to remove the Randomiser, but it didn't work. Afterwards Lou swore to never deal with time travel technology again. (PROSE: The Fall of Yquatine)
