Louis Marks (Doctor Who?)

According to the Fourth Doctor, Louis Marks was a "toymaker gone bad" and the true inventor responsible for the creation of the Daleks. The Doctor once took Sarah Jane Smith and Harry Sullivan to see the beginning of the Dalek race, disproving the stories put out by TV 21 and the BBC in the process. (NOTVALID: Doctor Who? 179)
