Louise served as counsel for Core Participant Group B in the inquiry into the response to the Cardiff tsunami.
Bethan Foster asked her to bring up Torchwood during the questioning, but she forgot due to the retcon in the water. After Bethan replaced the water, she gave Louise further questions to put forward to the lead counsel, exposing Torchwood. (AUDIO: A Mother's Son)
