The Lucentrans were a technologically advanced race who had no concept of visual memory. They could learn systems and technology, but were poor at remembering specific events. Their primary technology, nano-forms, were programmed to relay an image of an event "live", but did not store such images for future use. (AUDIO: Memory Lane)
