Luigi (Mr. Steelman)
Luigi was one of Mr Steelman's men in 2065.
After it was discovered that Roger Lyon had possession of the blueprints to a weapon, which had been originally stolen by Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward from the Luthvian embassy, Luigi was part of the group which ran Roger's car off the road in an attempt to steal them for Mr Steelman. He searched the car while Gardoni held Roger at gunpoint but found that he had already disposed of the plans. They then took Roger to Steelman's ship, which was bound for his base in Pompeii, so he could be interrogated. Initially unsuccessful, Luigi asked when the torture would begin but was mocked by Steelman for the suggestion, who wondered if anyone could have less brains than him, before elaborating that "the harnessed forces of nature" would soon make him speak.
Luigi and Gardoni oversaw the preparation for Roger's interrogation but it was not long before Lady Penelope and Parker intruded on the affair. Luigi strapped Penelope to a device which would drop her into the lava of Vesuvius as per Steelman's orders and when Steelman allowed Penelope her final wish of some fresh make-up before her death, Luigi obliged and looked through her handbag to retrieve her lipstick. However, the lipstick released some concealed gas which knocked out Luigi and allowed Parker and Roger the opportunity to overpower the other men. Soon afterwards, Lady Penelope activated her explosive handbag to defend herself and her friends from a firearm-wielding Gardoni and the entire base was quickly engulfed by lava, most certainly killing Luigi in the process.
