Lukas Ryan was a law enforcer on a colony planet. During a bombing at a local mall, Lukas's friend Pete Goran was killed. Lukas interrogated an old woman, who had been a witness. She told him her story, but when she finished she drugged him so that he couldn't remember any details about the bombing. (PROSE: The Report)
