Luxorites were the natives of Luxor. They were a pious and spiritual people before sacrificing their own to push the limits of science and create the Perfect One. Ian Chesterton was disgusted by them, but the First Doctor told him that humans were going the same way. (AUDIO: The Masters of Luxor)
