Lydia Putti was a stage actress who didn't like the Sixth Doctor after she was injured before performing the play. She was the original lead for Behold America!. She had two mouths. She was injured instead of Mel causing her to pull out. However, this was part of her plan to frame the Doctor as a fascist, with her compatriots in the Alliance of Retribution.
