Potter was the father of Maddie Potter, a schoolmate of Alice Obiefune. He taught his daughter to be xenophobic.
When he learned that Alice's father was dead, he said it was "good riddance". Following his example, Maddie told Alice that her parents "should go back where [they] came from". (COMIC: Whodunnit?)
