Major Phalanxes were the brigades of the Neomorph Cybermen, commanded by a Senior Leader. Following a rigid hierarchy, at the bottom were the basic soldiers of the Cyber-Army, commanded by Junior Leaders who assisted Cyber-Leaders who in turn assisted the Senior Leaders, who answered only to the Cyber-Controller.
