Make a Star was a television show that featured singers competing to become famous.
At one point, the Master became producer of the show. He planned to release as yet unwritten songs through the show, hoping to unravel the timeline. He hypnotised the show's host, Bob Leezley, and arranged for Chris Summers to win.
Chris won the show, but the Third Doctor and the Brigadier kept the finale from airing, foiling the Master's plan. (PROSE: Hidden Talent)
