Mallingan

Professor Mallingan was a scientist who was investigating the icy planet Isqar in 2007. He was in charge of his own scientific team and planned to use Isqar to make the Earth a better place. This would cause the total destruction of Isqar.
When the Tenth Doctor was transported into his science labs, Professor Mallingan locked him up, determined not to let anything ruin his plans for Isqar, but Professor Kate Cullan was convinced by the Doctor's warnings and released him, causing the destruction of Professor Mallingan's labs.
