A man was a passenger on a London bus. The Tenth Doctor asked for his mobile phone and waved his sonic screwdriver on it to speak to Martha Jones on Mars in the future in order to stop a group of time assassins from destroying the Mayor of London's lineage. The man considered the Doctor to be a weirdo obsessed with sci-fi who was making up conversations. Later, when a time assassin got on board the bus and sat next to the man looking for the "mayor of Earth", he thought the mutant to be another weirdo, and was oblivious to the assassin threatening the man with a gun. When the assassin vanished, the man decided to start riding his bike to work instead. (COMIC: Bus Stop!)
