The Mandrel Condensers was a part of the Doctor's TARDIS control console.

On 23 February 1985, (PROSE: Fixing a Hole [+]Loading...["Fixing a Hole (short story)"]) the Sixth Doctor told Gareth Jenkins to prime the mandrel condensers after being accidentally teleported onto the TARDIS. (HOMEVID: A Fix with Sontarans [+]Loading...["A Fix with Sontarans (home video)"])
In late 2023, after defeating the Toymaker and undoing a bi-generation that resulted in the Fifteenth Doctor existing contemporaneously, the Fourteenth Doctor looked at the controls of the console and was upset that he may never be able to prime the Mandrel Condensers again, among other things, as he believed the TARDIS belonged to his successor.
