Marcus Bray
Marcus Bray was the governor of Zone 5 during the 22nd century Dalek occupation, having collaborated with the Daleks during their invasion.
After the occupation, Bray brought the last remaining Dalek to London, making it lie to make him out to be the leader of the resistance. He then killed it with a flamethrower and, wanting to become leader of Great Britain, had Susan Foreman arrested for being an alien and tried to stir up anti-alien feelings to allow him to execute her. Using information obtained from Victor Chaplin, Susan revealed his collaboration, after which he was attacked by a mob. He contacted the Dalek fleet to invite them to re-invade and was crushed to death by the Daleks' creature which forced him to remember how the Daleks killed his wife and child.
