Mark Lynch
Mark Lynch was the CEO of Lynchfrost Enterprises.
His job caused him a great deal of stress and made him feel like he had no place in the world. To relieve his stress, he kidnapped Weevils and used them as punching bags, eventually forming the Weevil Fight Club, consisting entirely of stressed businessmen.
Mark introduced Owen Harper to the club. He was almost arrested by Torchwood Three, but chose to be killed by one of his captive Weevils. (TV: Combat)

The series 1 version of the Torchwood website features an obituary for Mark Lynch written by Ben Frost of Frost Lynch Commercial Estate Agents. According to the obituary, Mark was born in 1979 and died in 2007. It states that his "tragic and unexpected death" occurred while he was climbing in the Alps. [1]
