Martin & Heath was a London butcher's. According to Rose Tyler, they were not even a proper butcher's as they sold scrag ends. In one account, Rose's mother Jackie suggested Martin & Heath as a possible employer after the destruction of the department store Henrik's, Rose's former employer, (PROSE: Rose [+]Loading...["Rose (novelisation)"]) although another account stated Jackie had suggested Rose try working at Finch's.
