Matthew Nicolson was a senior programmer with the British Rocket Group's UK Rocket Project 9.2, the space probe Guinevere One. He was best friends with Portuguese technician Duerte Rodriguez, in large part because Duerte was not hesitant to make jokes about Matthew's wheelchair. Matthew worked at the Guinevere project headquarters in Unit 42 of Fanshield Industrial Park, off the ring road of Reading. (PROSE: The Christmas Invasion)
