Mav was the leader of Mentors. He was annoyed with Sil for asking on behalf of the Amadeus Boscoe for a loan of 14 billion credits on top of the 1 trillion they already had. He approved a 12 billion credit loan with a 2% increase in the debt repayment. He threatened to send Sil to a desert if he didn't get the money. (AUDIO: Antidote to Oblivion)
