Megallan High Command

Megallan High Command, headed by the Megallan warlord, were at the head of the Megallan Empire. They once swore to destroy Gallifrey, which was not very distant from their star system of Zeta Cancri.
After their planet was destroyed at the same time as they destroyed Telios, Megallan High Command were able to survive by teleporting aboard their heavily-reinforced prison ship. However, they were followed by the surviving Tellians who fought them nearly to the death, until only the Marshal of Telios and the Megallan warlord were left standing.
