Michael Hughes, also known as Mike, worked at Cardiff City Hall and headed the Law and Order Task Force. He tended to stare at women's breasts when he was talking to them and a number of sexual assault allegations were brought against him, all of which City Hall hushed up.
On an awayday, he date-raped an inebriated Serena, who, after receiving a card in the post, pushed him into the path of an oncoming bus. After the murder, Ro-Jedda had Tyler Steele tell Ng about it and they went about solving it. They both agreed that he was attractive. (AUDIO: Tagged)
