Michael Peters was a miner who mined thulium. He often rescued Professor Konstantin and was worried about his missing wife, Caitlin Peters. The fireflies seemed to leave him alone so he was employed by a rescue agency. After he found his wife, he found out that she was trying to use the fireflies to create more profit for him.
