Mickey Green was a gangster who was the arch-rival of Charlie Shutter. One day Mickey's men found a cabinet that had unusual electric properties but was actually, unknown to him, a spaceship for alien criminals. Charlie tried to steal it, but the Fifth Doctor freed the aliens and the cabinet left Earth. (PROSE: The Gangster's Story)
