Mildeo Twisknadine was the owner of the Museum of Things That Don't Exist. He showed the Eighth Doctor definitive proof of the existence of the Elder Things. This surprised the Doctor, as he knew they were entirely fictional. (PROSE: The Taking of Planet 5)
