Mirphak was a planet integrated by the Ethereal.
The Ethereal encountered a complex value system on the planet. It was relatively simple for the Ethereal to subvert Mirphak's moral and legal norms, but the process took centuries.
Over several generations, several free thinking men questioned the Ethereal's norms. They were led in the removal of Perseus from their planet by the Doctor. (PROSE: The Ethereal)
