The Mogadeesh of Replanak was a being that the Doctor met at some point.
The Tenth Doctor claimed to have gotten a large pair of sunglasses from either the Mogadeesh or Elton John, saying he "always [got] those two mixed up". (PROSE: Snowglobe 7)
