Moira Raynor

Moira Raynor was a librarian at Cardiff University Library. She worked there for many years, and was fond of Doctor Challis. In 2009 she fancied Doctor Manning, but knew he would not fancy her back due to her old age. She once shushed Ianto Jones, Nina Rogers and Jessica Montague when they were making noise in the library, which made Ianto blush. (PROSE: Consequences)
