Mrs Monroe was the neighbour of Paul Talbot's parents, and lived in Grangetown, Cardiff. In 2008, Rift exposure caused Paul to mutate and begin a cannibalistic rampage across Cardiff. When he attempted to reach his parents for help he was accosted by Mrs Monroe, who was shocked to see his blood-stained clothes. Paul threw Mrs Monroe to the ground before breaking in to his parents' house. (PROSE: Monster)
