MorganTech
MorganTech was a technology company headed by Dara Morgan. In secret, it was a front for the Mandragora Helix as it plotted to take over the Earth. Besides Morgan, major employees included his assistant Caitlin. Many employees had been hired from Morgan's home of Northern Ireland, but MorganTech itself was headquartered in the London area.
The company was incorporated on 31 December 1999, the same day that Morgan made his first public appearance at a television interview. Over the following decade, the company became known for its revolutionary technology. In spring 2009, the company prepared to introduce a new handheld computer, the M-TEK, which had been designed to play a role in the Mandragora's conquest. However, after the Tenth Doctor, Donna Noble, Wilfred Mott, and Netty Goodheart defeated the Helix, aided by the deaths of "Dara Morgan" and Caitlin, MorganTech swiftly collapsed.
