Morka (Silurian Earth)
Morka was a version of Morka who was the leader of the Silurians on an alternate Earth.
As with his N-Space counterpart, Morka killed the previous Silurian leader Okdel L'da and took control of the Silurians in Wenley Moor. He locked up the Third Doctor and left him to starve. He then had the the Silurian virus unleashed which then wiped out most of the human race and allowed the Silurians and Sea Devils to emerge from hibernation and reclaimed the world and released dinosaurs and prehistoric mammals back into the environment. He eventually married a Silurian female named Chtaachtl and together they had a son named Imorkal.
However, he eventually began to regret killing the Doctor and presumably Okdel, believing them to be the worst thing had ever done. As a result, the murders of both the Doctor and Okdel would haunt him for the next twenty years. Whenever he came to a decision he would think about the way he had murdered the Doctor so he wouldn't make another mistake that would haunt him forever.
Later he agreed to make peace with with Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart and the other surviving humans and lead them into a bright and hopeful future. (PROSE: Blood Heat)
