Mortimer Willow

Mortimer Willow was a forensic pathologist in London. He was brought in to examine the bodies of Grebber and the Third Doctor following their fall from a tower at Space World, although the latter survived due to applying "bone relaxation". The Doctor was impressed by Willow's work and examined the dead body of Nobby, concluding he was not killed by any terrestrial animal. (AUDIO: The Paradise of Death) Willow (loving a puzzle) later examined the remains of one of the Skang's victims. (PROSE: Island of Death)
