Moses Walker was a chimney sweep who lived in Victorian London. He was the head of the Guild of Smoke and Shadow.
Missy tracked Moses down by torturing his location out of the Phoenix — a fire elemental who was a phoenix. Missy threatened Moses for the location of the Arcane Gatekeeper and, when he failed to give up the information, pushed him off the rooftop they were standing on.
