Nesca Bangate

Senior Underling Nesca Bangate was a worker at the CIB at New Houston. He assisted the Second Doctor and Polly Wright in their investigations into Meg Carvossa's "murder".
Polly and the Doctor had fooled Bangate into thinking they were relatives of Carvossa's, but when Harriet Quilp told Bangate via radio they weren't relatives, Bangate pulled a gun on them and told them Quilp would be at the CIB soon. However, when Bangate lowered his gun, Polly grabbed him and struggled with him for control of the gun. However, Carvossa arrived and fatally shot Bangate. (AUDIO: The Yes Men)
