Nikola Tesla was a human scientist. In his reality, a war broke out in 1940 against an alien race that used meteorites and gravity weapons to ravage the Earth. Tesla recovered one of the weapons and reverse-engineered it to create a time machine in order to warn the past about the invasion.
In 1945, Tesla met Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart and James Lethbridge Stewart when they became trapped in his reality. Using his machine, he sent Alistair back to his native reality, and James, Alastair Lethbridge-Stewart and his reality's Edward Travers to Inferno Earth. (PROSE: The Schizoid Earth)
