The North Sea Boating Club was an organisation active in the early 21st century.
Sylvia Dillane was its chairman until she was killed by the Slitheen family and her skin used as a disguise for one of them. At the same time, the Slitheen had hidden a spaceship in the North Sea. (TV: World War Three)
