Novar was a Second Lieutenant in the Third Kaled Inventory. He was tasked with collecting The Master's TARDIS. He questioned Afor before sending him to a work detail. He questioned the Kaled Captain and Kaled Corporal after Afor and Lamarius escaped. He informed them that their injuries were starting them to mutate. He managed to find Afor and Lamarius when they escaped to the Wasteland but was captured by them to force them into the base.
