- The Seneschal's Daughter was a book written by the Draconian Rajeth Kartar.
- Guthrie was a former President of Earth preceding Fiona Dickens.
- It took Joel Mintz and M'Kabel weeks to trace some Las'par seedlings, the last of Harll's children, to a remote mountainside in Ross-shire.
- Ithva's smile reminded Jason of Khandi, a Draconian lady he had known at the NuBar in Spaceport Kuma.
- "Rhamnusia" was a conditioning code word that could be used against the Project Narcissus Mim to return them to their original form.
- Zhakaroth the Bereaved was a Draconian culture-hero.
