Joel Mintz
Joel Andrew Mintz was a human who was born in 1973.
He was slender and had red hair. (PROSE: The Room With No Doors) In 1993, he encountered a time rift caused by Albinex which transported him to 1983. He was discovered by Isaac Summerfield. Joel later met the Seventh Doctor and Benny when Benny was looking for her father. The Doctor returned Joel to his original time. (PROSE: Return of the Living Dad)
Joel met time traveller Penelope Gate in 1996 and decided to join her as her travelling companion. They became stranded in 16th century Japan, where they met the Seventh Doctor and Chris Cwej. In the intervening years, Mintz had met the Eighth Doctor. He offered to tell the Seventh Doctor about his future just before the Doctor took him and Penelope back home, but the Doctor refused, not wanting his future "spoiled".
At some point Joel wrote a submission for Professor X: The New Adventures. (PROSE: The Room With No Doors)
It took Joel and M'Kabel weeks to trace some Las'par seedlings, the last of Harll's children, to a remote mountainside in Ross-shire. (PROSE: Nursery Politics)
