Octave (Camera Obscura)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Octave was a Victorian magician.

He was put through a mistuned temporal interferometry machine, which splintered him into eight fragments with one personality. Octave used this condition as the basis of his magic act. When the Eighth Doctor tried to find out more about the machine, Octave felt threatened and dropped a sandbag on his chest. Elizabeth Kelly saved the Doctor unintentionally by giving CPR to Sabbath, who was connected to the Time Lord by having his second heart in his chest. After reviving Sabbath, she killed one of the Octave fragments, which caused the rest to die as well. (PROSE: Camera Obscura)

Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

Octave's condition was similar to Scaroth's in the television story City of Death, except all Octave's fragments existed in the same time period.
