Oksana Kilbracken

Oksana Kilbracken was a human scientist. She developed the cloning technique named after her in 4880. She wanted a specimen of Saturnian plague, and Shafira took Ace to her. She wanted to genetically alter the virus so that it would aid the human race in combating other diseases. In doing this, she accidentally created the Nucleus. She killed herself to try and stop the infection spreading. (AUDIO: Revenge of the Swarm)
